The petitioner, with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted and it is closed. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry has been conducted and it is closed, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
