ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.04.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC @ Sections 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.126 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the deceased were worked in a private garden. On the complaint given by the deceased, the petitioner was dismissed from service. Due to that on 22.04.2016 at about 01.30 p.m., the petitioner waylaid the deceased and attacked him with aruval and due to the injuries sustained by him, he died. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The deceased died only after 7 days from the date of occurrences petitioner is in judicial custody from 26.04.2016. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 26.04.2016, this Court is inclined to enlarge the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the said Court for future hearings regularly.
