This case is listed before this Court for rehearing today, as per the order, dated 15.09.2025, of the Honourable The Chief Justice of this Court.

2.The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to withdraw the case in I.D.O.P.No.245 of 2022 pending on the file of the Hon'ble I Additional District Court (PCR), Tiruchirappalli and transfer the same to the Hon'ble Family Court, Thanjavur within the time stipulated by this Court." 3.Mr.S.Ramesh Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that on the instruction of his client, he do not want to press this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed 2/4

as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
