ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register a case a on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.01.2016 and investigate the same in the manner known to law.
2. The Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.61 of 2016.
3. In view of the above stated position, the 2nd respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.61 of 2016 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, if there are no legal impediments.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
