PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.106 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against this petitioner in Crime 1/3

No.106 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 454, 457 and 380 IPC and remanded him into judicial custody on 10.03.2024. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 31.08.2021, the petitioner broke open the defacto complainant's house and took away the jewels from the defacto complainant's house. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. However, the petitioner is languishing in jail from 10.03.2024.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is having five previous case of similar in nature and the jewels have not been recovered from the petitioner. Therefore, he opposes for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of offence and also considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/3
