O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give instructions to the fourth respondent to pass orders in pursuant to proceedings dated 04.10.2024. It is seen from the proceedings dated 04.10.2024 that the third respondent has only called for report from the fourth respondent, which according to the petitioner has not been forthcoming for the past seven months.

2.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry after affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned and submit a report within a period of six [6] weeks. On receipt of the report from the fourth respondent, the third respondent shall pass final orders within a period of eight [8] weeks, thereafter, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
