Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2.Aggrieved by the order dated 25.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1867 of 2018 in C.C.No.91 of 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track), Karaikudi, the present Criminal Revision Case is filed before this Court.
3.This Court find no reason to interfere with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track), Karaikudi, declining the revision petitioner to treat the witness as hostile and to cross-examine his own witness.
