O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction, directing the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by one Sivaraj, and after assigning CSR No.574 of 2020, due enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the petition was closed. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is placed on record.

3. It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, hence the 4th respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
