ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 498A, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.21 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The prosecution case is that one Vijay and the defacto complainant got married on 17.03.2021 and it is a love marriage. The first petitioner / father of Vijay and the petitioners 2 & 3 / brothers of Vijay separated the defacto complainant by showing the community as a reason and threatened her. Hence, the complaint.

3. Considering the nature of allegation, ie., a matrimonial dispute, this Court has referred the matter to the District Social https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.8267 of 2021 Welfare Committee, through the respondent police. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that the parties have compromised the issue and therefore, further action was dropped on 14.08.2021.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed, as no further order is required to be passed.

5.
