The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner joined on 15.12.2017 in Thermal Power Project, Uppur, Ramanathapuram District, pursuant to the proceedings dated 13.12.2017.
2.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
