[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent i.e. The Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur relating to the impugned transfer order passed in D.No.2465 dated 15.04.2014 and quash the same in respect of paragraph (1) alone and direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in the same station at Aruppukottai. 2.The petitioner was serving as Examiner in the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District from 23.12.2011. He was transferred to Special Court for Land Grabbing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Cases at Virudhunagar, by the impugned proceedings in in D.No.2465 dated 15.04.2014 of the Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar. Hence, challenging the transfer order, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the impugned proceedings dated 15.04.2014, the petitioner joined duty at Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Virudhunagar and he worked there for 21⁄2 years and now, he has been again transferred to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, and he has joined duty on 18.10.2016.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
