ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.154 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) that the case has been altered into Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST (POA) Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
