The petitioner is the mother of the convict. The representation was given by the petitioner to the first respondent seeking to transfer the petitioner from Palayamkottai Central Prison to Cuddalore. 2.From the records, it is seen that a report has already been called for by the first respondent from the third respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the above said facts, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the dated 24.02.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
