ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.05.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 I.P.C., in Crime No.66 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, the petitioners attacked their son and committed murder and destroyed the body. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences.
3.The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. They are the parents of the deceased and a false case has been foisted against them and they are in judicial custody from 04.05.2016.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that on investigation it is found that due to family dispute, the petitioners murdered the deceased and investigation is in preliminary stage. If they are released on bail they will tamper the evidence and hamper the investigation.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the serious nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail and accordingly this petition is dismissed. sd/- 22/06/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
