When this appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, reports that this appellant, A7 in Crime No.91 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police has been detained under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug-offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Slum-grabbers Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982).

2. In view of the same, this Criminal Appeal is closed for the present.
