[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed strangely by a lawyer.

2. Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that none of the family members of the detenu has come forward to file any complaint before the respondent police. Further, there are number of cases registered against the detenu.
3. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, this order will not stand in the way of the family members of the detenu to approach this Court with appropriate petition.
