ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) and 109 IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.66 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant and also threatened and abused the defacto complainant in filthy language. Hence, the case.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having four previous cases.

CRL OP(MD)No.7122 of 2023 4.In view of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
