O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenu was arrested in connection with a case in Crime No.223 of 2018, for the offence under Section 366 IPC.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, her daughter, and his relatives, namely, Nagaraj and Alagarsamy are being harassed by the police. In fact, the daughter of the petitioner and the said Nagaraj were taken into custody illegally.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while denying the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the aforesaid persons would not be harassed by the police.

4. The said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Since a case has been registered against the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
