This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the above appeal.
2.The first respondent is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel submitted that he has filed vakalath for the respondents 2 and 3.
4. Heard both sides.
5.The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the delay has not been explained in this case. Hence, he strongly objects to condoning the delay in filing the appeal.
6. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
7. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and is further directed to print the name of the counsel, who appeared on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3, while listing the appeal for admission.
