Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, Passed in Special S.C.No.17 of 2016 dated 21.11.2019 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal. To allow this Criminal Appeal by setting aside the Judgment and Conviction dated 21.11.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, in Special S.C.No.17 of 2016.
