PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to determine the monthly pension of the petitioner as Rs.25,038/- from 01.06.2017 to 09.09.2019 and sanction the difference amount of pension arrears for a period of 28 1/4

months from 01.06.2017 to 09.09.2019 along with interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

Seeking pension arrears as per the settlement made under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2023.
