(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in WMP(MD)No.7878 of 2026 is to implead the proposed 5th and 6th respondents as 5th and 6th respondents in the main writ petition.
2. It is alleged by the present petitioner who is the writ petitioner that the proposed 5th and 6th respondents are the alleged encroachers of the land in question against whom only since the main writ petition has 2/4
been filed to remove such encroachment, they should be heard as they become the necessary parties. Hence, the present petition has been filed to implead them. Having regard to the same, after hearing both sides, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
