SIDE) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused nos.2 and 3 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Section 366(A) of IPC in Crime No.178 of 2016, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the the petitioners' son had eloped with the daughter of the defacto complainant and on complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioners and their son.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that both the daughter of the defacto complainant and the petitioners' son had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ love affair and due to that, the petitioners names have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the victim girl is aged about 16 years and the petitioners are absconding till today and the victim girl is not secured and prayed for dismissal of this petition.

5. Considering the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
