ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4899 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD) No.134 of 2023, dated 16.02.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
