O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the case in Crime No.94 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, V.K.Puram Police Station, to be withdrawn and transferred to any other agency, more particularly the 3rd respondent, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID Wing, Tirunelveli. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents. 3.Mr.S.Palani Velayutham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this case, A2 is having specific overtact, but his name was deleted in the final report and hence, the case in Crime No.94 of 2016 has to be transferred to the 3rd respondent police for proper investigation.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.94 of 2016, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording the above submission, this petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
