A senior citizen, aged about 69 years filed this petition, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for his life and limb, based on the representation dated 10.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at this old age, the petitioner is not able to protect himself. of the respondents 3 and 4, who are trying to unlawfully dispossess the petitioner from the property.

4.There is an undertaking by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) to call the respondents 3 and 4 for enquiry and to look into the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.04.2016. 5.Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
