[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 19.11.2023 issued by the District Collector, Kanniyakumari District / 6th respondent, granting quarrying permission to the 13th respondent.
2.The said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
