The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.74 of 2021 dated 01.07.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar.
2. No representation for the second respondent.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that they are not having any objections to condone the delay.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
