Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant Natham house site patta to the petitioner for the lands occupied by her for the past 50 years in Natham S.No.1683 (Old Natham S.No.431/1) 1 of Manamadurai Village, Manamadurai Taluk, as per G.O(Pt) No.854, Revenue Department, dated 30.12.2006 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for grant of Natham house site patta for the lands occupied by her at Natham Survey No.1683 (Old Natham Survey No.431/1) 1 of Manamadurai Village, Manamadurai Taluk, as per G.O(Pt) No.854, Revenue Department, dated 30.12.2006. 2.By claiming benefit under the said G.O and making a representation on 02.09.2014, the petitioner sought for the grant of patta.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request has not been considered so far. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.09.2014 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, also by taking note of G.O(Pt) No.854, Revenue Department, dated 30.12.2006, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
