Mr.C.Saravanakumar, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G Ohm Chairma prabu, Government Advocate(Crl.side) behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this court made the following order: This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3806 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5532 of 2020, dated 31.07.2020 for surrender and consider the bail application in the same day before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Special Court for exclusively trial of cases under SC/ST (prevention of atrocities) Act), Tirunelveli. 2.This Court has already granted two weeks time to surrender before the Trial Court, as per order of this Court, dated 31.07.2020, made in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3806 of 2020. Now the petitioner has filed this application seeking extension of further time, as stated supra.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and a further period of two weeks from today, i.e., 27.08.2020 is granted for the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court, as directed by this Court on 28.05.2020.
