ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondent to take necessary action against the respondents No.3 to 5 for ex-communicating 25 families from the village, based on his representation dated 27.06.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of first and second respondents would submit that on enquiry it was ascertained that no families were ex-communicated from the village. He further submitted that if any specific complaint is given in future stating that attempt is being made to ex-communicate any one from the village, necessary action will be taken by the official respondents. 2/4
