ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet Register vide H.S.No.681/2015 maintained by the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in June 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of June 2023. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
