ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 23.04.2022 passed in Cr.M.P. Nos.919 and 920 of 2021 in M.C.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti, and set aside the same with regard to the condition directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- before the trial Court within 30 days.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The learned Counsel for the Respondent would submit that the condition passed by this Court is not complied by the revision petitioner.
4. Even at the time of admission, by order dated 19.05.2022, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.75,000/- out of the above said Rs.2,00,000/-, but that was not complied by the petitioner. Even the matter was referred to the mediation, wherein also it could not be succeed. When 2/4
the matter was listed on 01.12.2022, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in cause list, but it was not complied by the Registry, even then there is no representation for the petitioner.
5. In the view of the above, I find no reason to entertain this Revision. Hence, this Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
