ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to expedite investigation in Crime No.402 of 2016 on the file of Nagamalai Pudukkottai Police Station and file a charge sheet within the period prescribed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires two weeks time to file the final report.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second

respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
