ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in Crime No.265 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police wherein the petitioners are alleged to have committed offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 329(3) and 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 2.Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise. The defacto complainant is present today and she agreed for quashing of the F.I.R.

3.Considering the above said, the F.I.R in Crime No.265 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police stands quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo shall form part of this order. 02.04.2026.
