O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.01.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled before the mediation centre and therefore, the 2nd respondent closed the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 29.01.2016.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed. However, the 2nd respondent police is directed to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy.
