Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.51 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the victim girl left on her own volition. It is seen that the petitioner did not forcibly abduct the victim. It is also further submitted that the petitioner has married the said girl. Hence, the respondent is directed to close the matter as mistake of fact.

4.Therefore, taking into account of these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
