RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) no. 7269 of 2022 dt.20.04.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUPPASAMY PANDIYAN.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7269 of 2022, dated 20.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, and the same was taken on file in PRC.No.1 of 2022.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court monthly once at 10.30 am., till the completion of committal proceedings.
