To suspend the sentence and grant bail to the appellant/Sole accused against the judgment dated 28.02.2025 in S.C.No.385 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi District for offences under Sections 341, 302, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.106 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police pending disposal of the instant appeal on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit.
ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed against him in the judgment made in Special S.C.No.385 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi District, dated 28.02.2025 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.11556 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 22.01.2026.
4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
