RESPONDENT /RESPONDENT/ DEFACTO COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrendering before the Principal District and Sessions Court(PCR Cases), Sivagangai as per Anticipatory Bail Order of this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9497 of 2018 by order dated 12/06/2018 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.S.BHARATHY KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.9497 of 2018, dated 12.06.

2018 to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.
