This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that there was a money dispute between himself and the respondent Nos.4 and 5. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken by the third respondent herein and during the course of enquiry, the third respondent had threatened the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.32,00,000/- to the fourth respondent herein. He has also filed a civil suit before the District Munsif Court, Madurai in O.S.No.259 of 2021 in respect of the dispute.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that only based on the complaint given by this petitioner, he was directed to appear for enquiry and C.S.R.No.318 of 2021 was assigned. But the petitioner did not appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate for the enquiry also. Moreover, there is no question of harassment.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
