ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC in Crime No.376 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioners had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed on 28.06.2018, citing their bad antecedents. There is no change in circumstance. 4.Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
