ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3969 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. On perusal of the records and considering the nature of offence allegedly committed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed to the extent that the condition No.7(viii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3969 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025 is hereby modified as 'the petitioner shall stay at Ramanathapuram Town, appear and sign before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, (Mahalir Neethimandram), Ramanathapuram weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall not leave Ramanathapuram Town without prior permission from the Trial Court'.

5. The other conditions shall hold good.
