ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the fourth respondent's complaint from the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent has given a complaint to the second respondent against this petitioner. Similarly, the petitioner has also given a complaint on 12.04.2021, which is enquired by District Crime Branch. So, the complaint given by the fourth respondent must also be transferred to the District Crime Branch for joint investigation and enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the fourth respondent has already been closed.

4. Since, the complaint given by the fourth respondent is already closed, nothing survives for consideration or for direction. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition disposed of.
