This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a representation, dated 11.12.2024 before the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl side) for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed on 01.04.2025 after conducting enquiry. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication
