Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 376 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.6 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The defacto complainant alleges that the petitioner had physical relationship with her by promising to marry her. The learned counsel for the petitioner today filed a typed set of papers which prima facie indicates that the defacto complainant was having contact with others also. The defacto complainant is aged about 24 years.

3. The reading of the First Information Report shows that the relation between the parties was consensual in nature. By arresting the petitioner, nothing is given to be achieved.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, and executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
