ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to give adequate police protection at the time of survey the petitioner's land by the third respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.289 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, the private respondent has given a statement to the effect that in respect of the property dispute, they filed appeal before this Court. Till the judgment is pronounced, they will not make any trouble to the petitioner. On the basis of the undertaking given by the private respondents, it came to be closed on 27.06.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8379 of 2021 3.In view of the undertaking given by the private respondents, nothing survives for further consideration. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority for appropriate remedy.
