O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 01.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No.13935 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that a sum of Rs.11835/- towards provident fund has been deposited in the petitioner's bank account. A written communication dated 28.09.2024 has also furnished before this Court to that effect.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the provident fund amount has been deposited on 23.09.2019 and the interest of Rs.2180/- on 20.10.2022.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also acknowledged the same.
