RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 7033 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020 in connection with crime No. 972 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 20.07.2020 and the investigation is completed.

CRL MP(MD) No.4207 of 2020 on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
