O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 13.03.2025 and take necessary appropriation action against the respondents 3 and 4. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 and the same is under enquiry, since the petitioner has not produced the relevant documents. If the petitioner appears for enquiry along with the necessary records, they will consider and take action based on the representation of the petitioner.
3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.
4.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the respondents 3 and 4 before the 2nd respondent and the same has not been 2/5
considered and the 2nd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the representation of the petitioner and since the petitioner has not produced the relevant documents, the same is pending.
5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent on 12.04.2025 and produce all the relevant records, thereafter, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2025 within a period of 15 days week from the date of this order in accordance with law.
6.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
